About the Event
The Cyber Security Association of India (CSAI) – Maharashtra Chapter is organizing an exclusive Industry Roundtable on the Reserve Bank of India's Draft Guidance on AI Model Risk Management on 18 July 2026 at Ellora Fiesta, Navi Mumbai.
Artificial Intelligence is rapidly transforming the banking and financial ecosystem by enabling intelligent automation, fraud detection, credit assessment, customer engagement, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency. While these innovations present enormous opportunities, they also introduce new challenges related to governance, transparency, explainability, security, privacy, bias, operational resilience, and model risk.
Recognizing these emerging challenges, the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) has released draft guidance on AI Model Risk Management, encouraging regulated entities to establish robust governance frameworks for the responsible development, deployment, monitoring, and oversight of AI systems.
