2. CSAI logo Supported Private events
i) This applies to events organised by others asking for logo support.
ii) Some details:
- The basic purpose of this type of cooperation is to provide opportunity to event organisers to publicise their event for participation and exhibitions, speaking opportunities etc. to CSAI/TEMA/CMAI members and publicise the same in social media of CSAI/CMAI/TEMA fraternity, including what’s app groups of CSAI/CMAI.TEMA as also other groups, where we are members.
- The event organiser uses CSAI/CMAI/TEMA name as “Supported by” or such other nomenclature as agreed and logo for marketing
- In return the event organisers usually give speaking slot and one/two travel expenses.
- They post social media posts with CSAI leadership photos as “Meet me”.
- They ask CSAI leadership to give away awards. However, precautions to be taken not to showcase/post them as CSAI awards. The social media postings to be preapproved by CSAI/CMAI/TEMA
iii) The logo support to event organisers is subject to:
- Logo support assignment charges to be paid, as may be fixed, or event organiser becoming a corporate member of CSAI/CMAI/TEMA.
This is basic thing we can ask, but exempt depending upon event organiser/image-brand etc.
- CSAI (& CMAI/TEMA if agreed) would be shown as supporting associations in all collaterals, publicity, social media posts, brochures, invitations, standees, and other digital prints and media publications etc. for this event.
- CSAI (& CMAI/TEMA if agreed) logo to be used for the main stage backdrop, preferably on top line or left/right side.
- The delegates details along with name, designation, company name, mobile/emails
etc. to be shared while the list is being created digitally or physically concurrently meaning as and when list is created. We do not encourage the statement that delegate list will be shared after end of the event.
Cautious decision to be taken to extend logo support or not, if above is not agreed, depending upon organisers/event image-branding.
- The CSAI leadership to be invited for inaugural session and speak for about 5-15 minutes as Chief Guest/Guest of Honour. In addition, CSAI leadership can also be invited to be panel as session chairman or coordinator.
- The social media posts giving names of VIPs/panellists including CSAI can be given.
- CSAI leadership photo not to be used individually for social media posts like
“Meet me”. It can be combined with other speakers/VIPs.
- At least one (Two are preferred) Travel/Stay expenses for CSAI leadership. Additional are optional.
- CSAI/CMAI/TEMA leadership would be happy to be VIP Key Note/Inaugural speaker, without any logo support and subject to meeting the travel/stay expenses. CSAI leadership may decide to waive off the travel/stay expenses.
- Practice of just approaching CSAI leadership asking to be VIP/Key Note speaker and then asking for logo support and using in social media as “Meet me” ARE NOT ENCOURAGED.
- However, CSAI leadership or members can join any event and speak in any event as CSAI leader taking precaution that the event is not showcased as if it is CSAI organised and not approving social media “Meet me” - - -
- The event would be promoted by CSAI/CMAI/TEMA by email, at least two event messages to be posted in CSAI what’s app Groups and social media by event organiser. BUT NOT COLLECT LIVE DATA OR GOGGLE FORMS.
