o New users: Select your state, enter email & mobile, verify via OTP
o Existing users: Log in with your credentials
4. Fill the Complaint Form
o Describe the incident (minimum 200 characters)
o Avoid using special characters like @, #, %, $, etc.
o Enter date, time, and location of the incident
o Attach evidence (screenshots, chats, receipts, etc.)
o Add suspect details if available
5. Upload Documents
o Mandatory: Valid ID proof (Aadhaar, PAN, Passport – JPG/PNG ≤ 5MB)
o Optional: Supporting documents (screenshots, transaction slips – ≤ 10MB each)
6. Submit Your Complaint
o Review all details carefully
